I didn't get the sign-in link.
Check your Spam folder and mark it "Not spam". You can also set a password in Settings and sign in with it.

How does my child join?
On your phone: Family → Add a child shows a QR code and a 6-digit code. On the child's device: "Join my family with a code", scan or type it, you approve, and the child picks a PIN.

The brushing video didn't arrive.
The child should stay on the screen until it says it was sent. If it was interrupted, the task shows "Send the video" to resend it without recording again. You can also ask for a retake from Approvals.

How do I delete my account?
Family → Delete account. If you are the last parent, the whole family is deleted.

Is the piggy bank real money?
No. It's a family record of numbers only; you hand the money to your children yourselves.
