How do I sign in the first time?
Install Ray, then tap the invitation link your department's observer sent you. Confirm your name, add your email and create a password, and you are in. The link is yours only and works once within 7 days.

Forgot the password or the link expired
Ask the observer for a new link: Settings → People and roles → your name → Share a new sign-in link.

My email changed
The observer changes it on your page in People and roles; your sign-in moves to the new email.

I don't get notifications
On the device: Settings → Ray → Notifications, allow notifications.

Face ID lock
In "My profile" turn on the Face ID lock; it is asked when the app opens and after 5 minutes in the background.
